THE YEAR THAT WAS
With the Festive Season just behind us, Gertrude has reflected on yet another busy year in 2020. As she in December month dusted off her tinsel, polished the colourful baubels in her Christmas-tree, searched for her family heirloom ginger-biscuit recipe, and untangled the Christmas lights from the grip of a Butternut Pumpkin-vine accidentally left in the Christmas-decorations box…:she reflected on a year when her life took a turn. In 2020, Gertrude went under-cover to find ways to help us all sneak more fresh, healthy, colourful and tasty veggies onto our dinner plates, even into our desserts! For a glimpse on how she did this, check out Gertrude’s social media postings :
